Equip & Release: The Leader Track
Discipleship is never passive. The Leader Track is a collaborative, life-on-life framework designed to move emerging leaders out of timidity, past performance metrics, and into their kingdom calling.
Leadership Developmental Strategy
Relational collaboration that helps emerging leaders identify, design, and execute their own opportunities for ownership.
What this looks like: Leadership is not about handing down a list of assignments. Instead, we sit down and work together to identify areas within your church, professional career, family etc… that you feel personally energized to own. Together, we relationally brainstorm and collaborate on what that responsibility looks like, mapping out a custom developmental plan that aligns with your unique gifts.
Sacred Safety Sandbox
Preparing you to confidently step into leadership and identifying lasting opportunities for long-term growth.
What this looks like: The ultimate goal is to see others equipped to take over significant responsibilities and lead with confidence. Together, we analyze your local ministry landscape, spot long-term growth opportunities in their immediate circles, and collaborate on real-world steps to help them assume leadership.
Long-Term Succession
Modeling performance-free intimacy with God to process burnout, anxiety, and hidden sin through raw honesty.
What this looks like: We break down the dangerous cultural expectation that ministry leaders must always appear perfectly "fine." Our leadership meetings do not start with metric spreadsheets; they start with a genuine heart-check.
Vulnerability & Confession
Helping leaders reject isolation and stay deeply connected to the everyday realities of the people they serve.
What this looks like: We mentor emerging leaders to resist the temptation of managing ministry from a safe, comfortable distance. Instead, we collaborate to help them identify exactly how to stay relationally close to the actual grit, questions, and pain of their people's daily lives. Even when mentoring across a distance, we brainstorm ways they can cultivate deep presence and real accessibility within their local circles
Relational Proximity
What to Expect on the Journey
An Honest Look at Your Calling
We start by hitting pause on the pressure to achieve or prove your worth to anyone. Instead, we sit down to talk through your story, your raw questions, and where you are feeling stretched or burned out. Because God created you with intentional, sacred value, our goal is to build a personal leadership plan that honors how He uniquely wired you, ensuring you feel deeply secure in who you are before you try to lead others.
Hands-on, Real-world Training
We aren't just talking about abstract theories; we are going to roll up our sleeves and work side-by-side. Together, we will brainstorm and plan actual ministry tools you can use right away—whether that looks like mapping out a small group series, learning how to structure a teaching outline that sticks, or walking through how to safely navigate hard, messy pastoral conversations with wisdom and grace.
Six Months of Life-on-Life Discipleship
Growth doesn't happen in a vacuum. You get a focused, six-month season where we meet consistently—either locally over coffee or through video calls if you are across a distance. We will use this dedicated time to check on your heart, bounce ideas off each other, troubleshoot real-time leadership challenges, and pray earnestly for the people God has called us to reach.
Collaborative Growth and Release
The ultimate goal of this track is to see you step fully into the responsibility you've been prepared for. We look toward the long-term impact your life will have on the church, working together to build your confidence and share strategic blueprints. We want to intentionally share leadership real estate with you so that you are fully equipped to be sent out as a ready, character-driven worker into the harvest field where God has planted you.
